CircuiTree Solutions is well served by an experienced team with great hearts. Meet our executive management team
Joe White, President
Joe White, the visionary presence behind CircuiTree Solutions, has served as President and owner of Kanakuk Kamps since 1972. Dr. James Dobson of Focus on the Family says, "Joe White knows more about teenagers than anyone in North America." Joe’s passion for kids has helped Kanakuk grow from a single location in the mid-70’s to eight camps in two states. Joe and his wife Debbie-Jo also founded the Kids Across America camps for urban youth.
During the past two and a half decades, Joe has written a total of 15 books designed to reach teens and families. Many of those were published through Focus on the Family. He has been a guest speaker for Dr. Dobson's family talk show many times. He hosted the live call-in talk show for teens sponsored by Focus on the Family called "Life On the Edge Live" for 4 years and spoke at the "Life on the Edge" conferences around the country. In 1991 he was awarded an honorary Doctor of Education from Southwest Baptist University, then was ordained by University Baptist Church, Fayetteville, AR, on May 3, 1992.

Jeff Schneider, Chief Technology Officer
As the Senior Director of Information Technology of Kanakuk Kamps, Jeff enjoys managing 15 IT professionals, a team he has built from the ground up. The department performs the entire range of IT services—from training, to support, networking, security, website development, photography, and world-class application development. Jeff has most recently taken on the role of CTO of Kanakuk Kamps’ new technology division, with the goal of empowering camps and conference centers of all sizes with the technology, expertise, and solutions developed by Jeff and his team over the past 12 years.
Prior to joining Kanakuk Kamps, Jeff established himself as a successful software developer for the health care industry and the American Red Cross. One of his notable applications was presented to the American Red Cross headquarters in Washington, D.C. for nation-wide use. Jeff’s natural ability to pair emerging technologies with real-world problems has put Kanakuk Kamps at the forefront of innovative solutions. Having seen this in action, Jeff was recognized by Cisco Systems Corporation for implementing a Voice Over IP phone system many years before its current wide-spread adoption. Jeff’s leisure time is spent working with kids as a Commander of Royal Rangers, an organization similar to the Boy Scouts, but with a spiritual emphasis. Jeff is also a member of the Frontiersman Camping Fellowship and serves on the Deacon Board of his local Church.
