CircuiTree Solutions continues to strive to be a true all-in-one camp management software by announcing its plans to build a conference management software module into the existing feature rich application.  Circuitree will be hosting a summit with industry leaders in the conference side of the camping world.  This summit will take place this week on April 19th and 20th in Branson, MO and will include some of the largest conference centers in the nation.

This coming together of camps will serve to pool information so that CircuiTree can create management tools that will benefit the broadest spectrum of conference centers.  This summit will be covering everything from contracts and availability to housekeeping and foodservice.

The CircuiTree Client services team just returned home from exhibiting at the Tri-State Convention in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
This confrence  has been in existence for 29 years and is one of the biggest in the camping industry.  With over 800 vendors in the exhibit hall it is a great place to showcase the CircuiTree product and staff.

Four of CircuiTree's client services team made the journey to the northeast: Tom Newberry, Tyler Dooling, Chris Minor, Chris Wilks.
The team had a great three days of exhibiting and had lots of great interaction with the attendees of the show.
Thanks to all who visited and stopped by the booth.

Check out some of the pictures below.
Minor even got to ride a segway.

CircuiTree Continues CCCA Sectional tour.

CircuiTree has been traveling the country this winter connecting with camps at many of the CCCA sectional events.
Latest stop;

Minn-E-Dakotas Sectional

This sectional was hosted by Camp Shamineau in Motely, MN.  This north central Minnesota camp was an excellent host to this event.  Their beautiful lakeside location wore a different layer of beauty than the summer pictures that advertised this location.  With a few feet of snow the event had a winter wonderland feel.  The conference was a great time for us to connect with camps that would find great benefit in moving to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model.

The feel of the northwoods camps are quite unique and there is a great comaraderie among these organizations.  Thanks for all the conversations and the start to some great friendships.  We'll be back next year.
