SUMMER COUNTDOWN 2010

Most CircuiTree clients are entering into there last week of summer programming.  With so much camp behind and only a few days ahead the old adage seems appropriate, “Time flies when you're having fun."  Time seems to have done just that in 2010.  Another summer with tons of great memories filling the dreams of campers, stories of changed hearts, staff camaraderie, and kingdom ministry is nearly in the books. This has occurred all across the country this summer.  CircuiTree as always is proud be a partner with so many great ministries. 

As the days tick down it is good for us all to be reminded of Galatians 6:9,

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

NEW:

                         Online Lodging Reservation

Online reservation of lodging resources has arrived!  This feature has been much anticipated for many of our clients and prospective clients.  The addition of this functionality allows end users to have an interface for selection and reservation of rooms, cabins, and other lodging resources.  The reservation step naturally have a built in payment process and automated cancellation policies.  This is another big step toward growing to be the best "all-in-one" camp mangement software. 

4 Additional Citrix Servers

In addition to new functionality we have also increased our reliablity for our clients by adding 4 new citrix servers.  This will allow the software to run at optimal speeds regardless of the amount of user traffic that we are experiencing.  In a nut shell it gives us the use of some good buzz words;  Reliabilty, Availability, Useability....

As a testament to the camp experience brought to you by Circuitree employees, one of our own was asked to be the featured speaker of a weeklong “Kids Camp” in South Dakota.  Chris Minor, a business analyst for Circuitree,   spent the past week at Cedar Canyon Wesleyan Camp.  Cedar Canyon is in Rapid City, South Dakota and was host to 185 3^rd-5^th graders from the Wesleyan Dakota Region. This is the second time that Chris had been invited to go and speak.  With 6 years of experience at our own Kanakuk Kamp he was able to provide a great week of teaching and high level of interaction with the kids in attendance.  Circuitree Software really is “for camp BY CAMP.”
