LiveHelp. CircuiTree offers live online help to supported clients that will let us view the screens you're seeing to help you with your issue. Call us at 1-877-800-3450 to obtain your signin code, then click here to begin live help support.

Integrated Help. Each of our modules has live integrated help files. Just choose the topic from the Help menu or select the entry for the screen you’re looking at to get the answer you need.

Training Documents. We also offer a growing number of training manuals for specialized tasks that you can use in bringing new members of your team up to speed. These topics cover registration, inventory and point-of-sale, and accounts receivable, among others.

Online Training. If you’re needing attention for a group or just want to work with another person, we can provide online training sessions tailored to your needs.

Onsite Training. When you’re just getting started with CircuiTree, it may make sense to have one of our team visit you and train your team on the software system. We offer 4-day onsite training for a very reasonable fee to guide your staff through the capabilities of the software.

E-mail/Fax Support. We have varying levels of support options, but all options include e-mail support.

Telephone Support. We have trained staff who can help you with your questions or make sure that our technical support team address your issue so you can keep your operation going.
